Sivaji Rao is a Hyderabad based IPS officer who is posted as an SIT officer in Mumbai to handle the case of a corrupted cop called Narayan Pasari. Sivaji successfully manages to arrest Pasari but the latter uses all his influence and comes out of the jail and joins back in his duty.
