The story is set in Sagileru, a drought-hit village in Rayalaseema. Sagileru President Chowdappa and RMP Dorasami are the village elders. They are also very good friends. After some dramatic developments, Chowdappa’s son Kumar and Dorasami’s daughter Krishna Kumari fall in love. Meanwhile, the villagers decide to organize a Gangalamma fair in the village.
