Seetha and Savithri who are Shepherds lives in a father Ramaiah village. they go missing and their lodges a police complaint. SI and the Constable expects 20 20 Goats and Sheeps as bribe to solve the case. Local police transfers the case to Seenu & Venu city police. accidently meets each other for different reasons.
