Parallel to his misery is a murder investigation of three neurosurgeons lead by CBI officer Priya Krishna. Priya meets Dr Ashwath and the two go on an exposition about the medical mafia and its consequences.

The movie begins with a pet dog waiting in front of a house #56 at Jayanagar in Bengaluru on a rainy night. A masked man brings the body of a doctor in a cycle rickshaw and keeps it in front of the house. The state government handed the case over to the Central Bureau of Investigation.
