Set in 2010 in a remote village on the Khammam–Warangal border, the film opens with Raju, a marriage band owner, and Rambai falling in love within a grounded rural setup. Their harmony breaks when her father Venkanna, an arrogant PHC employee, opposes their relationship. The couple moves forward anyway until a shocking incident turns their lives upside down.
