In 1994, Delhi gang leader Sadanand Yadav pretends to broker a truce with rivals Manickam and Sakthivel but later betrays them, sparking a police shootout. A newspaper delivery man is accidentally killed by Manickam, leaving his children, Amaran and Chandra, orphaned. Sakthivel, believing Amaran saved him, adopts the boy and vows to reunite him with his lost sister.
